Methods for Requesting Data Deletion
Direct Request through App/Website:
Student/Member Area: Users can access the "account" section within their Members Area. In this section, you can find an option to request the deletion of all your personal data stored by Academia Sokote.
Request Form: You can fill out a data deletion request form available on our website.
Contacting Customer Support:
Send an email to our customer support at support@academiasokote.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
Call our customer support number and request the deletion of your personal data.
Identity Verification Process
To ensure security and verify the authenticity of the request, Academia Sokote may require the user to confirm their identity. This may include matching the information provided in the request with information already held by us and/or contacting you through previously used channels to confirm that you submitted the request.
Processing Time
Academia Sokote commits to processing all data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
Exceptions to Data Deletion
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons, such as:
